Order Processing

Online orders are fulfilled during the school year. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Order Pickup

Orders selected for local pickup will be delivered to the University School Upper School Front Desk.

Please pick up your order within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within 14 days will be returned to the Prep Shop. Please contact us to arrange an alternate pickup.
Orders that remain unclaimed for 30 days after the pickup notification may be refunded to the original payment method, and the merchandise will be returned to inventory for resale.

Shipping

We ship throughout the continental United States.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight, size, and destination. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

School Breaks

The Prep Shop fulfills online orders only while school is in session. Orders placed during school holidays or extended breaks will be processed when school resumes.
